Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

Important Information
Why we have this policy: Our Human Regenerator sessions require significant preparation time, and when you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations and no-shows prevent other clients from accessing our services.
Extenuating circumstances: We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an emergency situation that prevents you from keeping your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you.
Repeated cancellations: Clients who repeatedly cancel appointments with less than 24 hours notice may be required to prepay for future appointments.
